- Design workflows and interfaces for RMS and EpicCure product surfaces
- Maintain and extend our design system across web and mobile
- Run lightweight user research with restaurant and hospital staff
- Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect, accessible UI
- Produce marketing and brand collateral when needed
What you'll bring
- 2+ years designing B2B or operationally complex software
- Strong Figma skills — components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping
- Portfolio showing dashboard or workflow-heavy product design
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
Nice to have
- Experience designing for healthcare or hospitality
- Motion design or illustration skills
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and front-end handoff
