- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new RMS and EpicCure customers
- Configure modules, migrate legacy data, and validate setups before go-live
- Train front-of-house, clinical, and administrative staff on-site
- Document common implementation patterns and feed product feedback to engineering
- Support go-live days and the first weeks of production use
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years in implementation, support engineering, or a technical customer-facing role
- Ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical users
- Strong organization — you can run multiple onboardings in parallel
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Pakistan
Nice to have
- Experience with POS or hospital information systems
- Basic SQL and data-migration experience
- Fluency in Urdu and English
